"Wow! I'm sold. How do I get to go?"

Thats a fantastic question. Well it's simple. Ask your leader if your group is going and also don't forget to ask for a copy of the forms you need to fill out to attend.

• Prohibited employment declaration (PDF, 144Kb) - only required for adult helpers.

Once you've got your forms filled out and saved up enough pennies, you can drop your forms off and pay at the Hunter and Coastal Region Office. Make sure to check with your leaders before paying because your Scout Group may be charging extra to cover food for the weekend. In which case please submit your forms and money to your leaders.
